Jacob Mansfield is the co-founder and CEO of Tierra Climate, a software company building the AI-powered trading and optimization layer for clean energy portfolios. Prior to founding Tierra, Jacob was a Power Originator at Citibank, where he structured and executed more than a dozen long-term power agreements that supported over 1,200 megawatts of newbuild renewable energy capacity. At Tierra, he applies those market insights to building software that helps energy teams forecast, optimize, and execute in increasingly dynamic and volatile power markets. Jacob holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Rice University in economics, energy policy studies, and managerial studies.
