New to procuring renewable energy? Struggling to make progress? Want to get up to speed quickly? Join us for an in-depth, interactive learning experience for energy customers that covers the fundamentals of the utility-scale, off-site transaction process. Each attendee has the opportunity to learn from fellow energy customers about each stage of the transaction process and avoid common pitfalls. CEBA staff and subject matter experts from the industry, including experienced energy customers as well as legal and procurement experts, will serve as faculty members. Attendees will work in teams in a highly interactive facilitated environment and identify common concerns and solutions that pertain to their company’s situation. All discussions will be kept confidential, so attendees may ask all types of questions—simple or complex. Ideal Boot Camp participants are those new to the renewable procurement transaction process or internal supporters from other departments of your company.

Registration Cost for Members:
- Silver members: $2500 per person.
- Gold members: 1 free seat included with membership (A $1 ticket will be purchased upon registration to indicate commitment. If member makes a last minute cancellation or does not show, there will be a $1,000 charge to cover the cost). An additional ticket may be purchased for $2500.
- Leadership members: 2 free seats with membership. A $1 ticket will be purchased upon registration to indicate commitment. If member makes a last minute cancellation or does not show, there will be a $1,000 charge to cover the cost.
- Includes: training and all meals. Attendees are responsible for flight and lodging cost.

Boot Camp is capped at 15 individuals in order to maximize personalized training and focus on relationship-building between attendees, staff, and faculty. Please note that we restrict the number of individuals from any one organization to 2 per Boot Camp.
The March 19-21 Boot Camp will be held in Boulder, Colorado at the historic Colorado Chautauqua. Located at the base of the Flatirons and surrounded by Boulder County open space, the Colorado Chautauqua is one of only 26 National Historic Landmarks in the state of Colorado and one of the few remaining chautauquas in the United States. It is the only chautauqua west of the Mississippi that has continuously operated with its original structures intact, largely used for their original purposes.
At this time we will not require any masking, vaccination, or testing for participants. We continue to encourage those that would like to mask to do so.
We request that all attendees self-monitor. If you feel sick or have been recently exposed to COVID-19, please consider testing and/or not attending.
These measures are subject to change before & during the event in accordance with CDC/state/local guidance and CEBA determination of best practice. We will keep attendees informed when policies and procedures change to help attendees make informed choices. We will provide as much notice as possible if existing measures change or new measures are added that might change an attendee’s ability to attend or participate in the scheduled functions.
Attendees are expected to participate for all three days. Due to the interactive nature and the content design of Boot Camp, we do not allow attendees to attend half of the training or only participate in specific sessions. We understand work calls and other obligations do come up, but encourage all attendees to plan to be actively participating for the entirety of the training.
Registration will close on March 5 OR when we reach capacity. If we reach capacity prior to March 5, a waitlist will be created. If you are unable to attend this event, we can add you to the early access list for the next event. Those on the early access list will receive early notification of when registration opens for the next event and will have priority access.
For no shows or cancellations made after March 12, there is a $1,000 cancellation/no show fee. For Gold and Leadership members, we charge a $1 registration fee. If there is a last minute cancellation or a no show, we will charge the credit card on file the $1,000 fee.
