Giovanni Rojas is Senior Director, Western Hemisphere Operations at Target, where he leads regional operations supporting the global sourcing of Target’s Owned Brands across Home & Hardlines. He oversees a network of more than 350 factories across the United States, Latin America, Canada, and Europe.

With more than 20 years of experience across China, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, Giovanni has led transformation in global sourcing, engineering, and supply chain strategy through innovative operating models, strategic supplier partnerships.

He currently leads efforts to advance Target’s global diversification strategy for Home and Hardlines and expand nearshore capabilities for Owned Brands.

Giovanni brings a business and supply chain perspective to the opportunities and partnerships required to support clean energy transition across global sourcing markets.
