Nour Ghadanfar is Chief of Staff at Fervo Energy, a company pioneering the commercialization of next-generation geothermal power to deliver clean, firm, baseload power. In this role, she helps translate the CEO’s vision and priorities into execution, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and operations. Ghadanfar brings cross-sector experience in climate innovation, corporate partnerships, and long-term planning.
Prior to Fervo, she led the flagship accelerator program for Greentown Labs, the world's largest climatetech and energy incubator, where she secured over $4 million in corporate funding and launched initiatives focused on carbon utilization and circularity. Ghadanfar holds a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. She is also a certified planner (AICP) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
