Hasini Delvinne is the Strategic Initiative Owner – Supply Chain Climate & Energy at Target, where she leads the decarbonization of Target’s upstream supply chain. Since 2020, she has built and scaled the company’s supplier engagement program—embedding climate into core business decisions and delivering measurable Scope 3 impact. In this role, she drives strategy across supplier engagement, sourcing enablement, and emissions reduction, enabling thousands of suppliers to take climate action through clean energy adoption and low-carbon solutions. She operates at the intersection of sustainability, procurement, data, and finance, advancing supplier decarbonization through global partnerships and industry collaboration. Prior to Target, Hasini brings extensive experience across academia and strategic consulting in public-private sectors, with expertise in climate research, sustainability reporting, strategy development, procurement excellence, and integrating sustainability into supply chains.
