Molly Hubbard is an Energy Manager on the Clean Technology Innovation team at Meta, where she leads geothermal deployment and emerging clean energy work for the company's data center portfolio. Her work focuses on evaluating early-stage clean energy technologies -- including geothermal, long-duration energy storage, and space-based solar -- and translating them into first-of-a-kind commercial deployments that support Meta's data center growth and decarbonization commitments. She also leads large-scale carbon insetting work across hard-to-abate sectors for Meta's value chain.
Molly joined Meta in 2018 and has held roles across the company's energy organization spanning energy supply, power delivery and strategy for data center development. Before Meta, she worked across all stages of solar project development. She holds a Master's in International Environmental Policy and a BA in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College.
