Pamela is a co-founder of GQS New Energy Strategies and brings over 20 years of experience in energy market regulation and policy across the public and private sectors. At GQS, she advises clients on wholesale market strategy, clean energy market design, and engagement in RTO/ISO stakeholder processes. She previously served in senior leadership roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), including as Chief of Staff under Chairman Richard Glick.
Prior to her government service, she worked in energy policy and regulatory affairs at Consolidated Edison, where she was actively engaged in PJM and NYISO stakeholder processes and helped build coalitions around key market and policy issues. She also held roles at Standard & Poor’s and CPower Energy Management.
She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and lives with her family in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
