Miles Farmer is an independent energy policy, strategy, and legal consultant. Prior to his current role, Miles worked as a legal advisor to Commissioner Allison Clements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has also served as a senior policy advisor on Governor Cuomo’s energy team, and as a senior attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where he focused on both state and federal electricity regulation. Miles began his legal career as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. He clerked for Judge Debra Ann Livingston on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and attended Yale Law School.
