Neil is a Senior Clean Energy Originator on the Clean Energy Origination and Advisory team at Trio. In his role, he helps Trio’s clients achieve their renewable energy and sustainability goals by advising on strategy, stakeholder education, and negotiation of commercial transactions. Neil has more than a decade of diverse experience in the energy and sustainability industries. Prior to joining Trio at the end of 2021, Neil worked on the origination team at EDP Renewables, where he supported the execution of long term contracts in all markets east of the Mississippi. Prior to that, Neil spent time at the National Renewables Cooperative and ACES, where he assisted electric cooperatives in providing reliable low-cost service to their customers. Neil holds Masters degrees in Public Affairs and Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from DePauw University. Beyond his current role at Trio, Neil is also supporting the development of three small humans and restoring an old house.
