Lauren McGinley supports Allotrope's clean energy and low-carbon initiatives across Asia, with a focus on advancing corporate clean energy procurement in Vietnam and the Philippines. Her work includes supporting brands, supply chain manufacturers, financial institutions, and other local stakeholders in Asia to assess their market-specific options and implement low-carbon solutions.

She contributes to Allotrope's flagship initiatives including the Vietnam Industrial Decarbonization Accelerator (VIDA) and the Local Utility Project Accelerator (LUPA) in the Philippines, which mobilize concessional and commercial capital to scale clean energy and storage projects. Lauren also supports Allotrope's carbon market projects and green finance engagement across workstreams.

Prior to joining Allotrope, Lauren worked with a Fortune 100 apparel and footwear company, where she led global supply chain–focused sustainability initiatives. She holds an M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho.
