Reese Rogers is a Manager on CEBA’s Policy and Market Innovations team. In this role, Reese focuses on developing wholesale electricity markets in the southeastern United States to drive the clean energy transition. Reese joined CEBA from the Center for Transportation and the Environment, where he advanced zero-emission vehicle projects and policies via technical communications and policy analysis. Prior to his work on zero-emission vehicles, Reese was a senior public utilities regulatory analyst at the California Public Utilities Commission and worked on proceedings for distributed energy resources, climate adaptation for energy utilities, and energy efficiency programs. Additionally, he has also worked as a supply chain consultant for energy utilities around North America.

Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and a Master of Science in Earth Systems from Stanford University. He has also completed the Professional Sequence in Editing at U.C. Berkeley Extension.
