Darrick W. Eugene is a licensed attorney and prior to starting High Road Energy Marketing practiced law in the areas of public finance, education law and renewable energy. In December 2020, Mr. Eugene along with a former renewable energy client founded High Road Energy Marketing (HREM), a minority and woman owned utility scale renewable energy project developer. HREM is composed of individuals with over 40 years of experience in traditional and renewable energy development, engineering, planning and procurement. HREM helps companies reduce volatility and the climate impact of their energy consumption while meeting environmental, social justice and governance goals.
