Jonathan has worked at EIA since 2011. During this time he has managed two electricity surveys: a survey collecting an inventory of utility scale electric generators in the U.S. (Form EIA-860) and a survey collecting hourly demand, generation, and interchange from U.S. balancing authorities (Form EIA-930). Jonathan earned a Masters degree in physics from the University of Illinois.
