Noora is the Senior Director of Sustainability at PepsiCo where she leads the company’s work on addressing climate change by developing governance and guidance around climate metrics and accounting. She is responsible for engaging with external standard setting bodies as well as industry and peer group forums to understand climate accounting developments and contribute PepsiCo’s practitioner viewpoints. She leads internal PepsiCo cross-functional alignment on credible interpretations and methodologies for developing company footprints and target progress tracking for external reporting. Her team also supports PepsiCo’s work on regulatory readiness and is a subject matter expert on Climate for internal stakeholders. Previously, she also led PepsiCo’s program on integrating sustainability within business processes for product innovation helping the company understand environmental impacts at the product level to drive long term portfolio steering towards more sustainable products.

Prior to PepsiCo for over 6 years, Noora was a manager with Deloitte Consulting’s sustainability practice. She worked with several Fortune 500 companies in consumer-packaged goods and retail sectors in solving the most pressing sustainability issues facing the companies. Noora led projects that ranged from goal-setting and strategy development to supply chain sustainability and corporate greenhouse gas emissions management.
