Prior to GM, Amber worked in policy at several utilities across the country, including at Con Edison and National Grid, focusing on clean energy enablement, transmission planning, and wholesale market issues. Amber holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and resides in Brooklyn, New York. She serves as Vice Chair on the Board of the Vehicle-Grid Integration Council.
